I enjoyed this economics class as a whole. It's very obvious that Dr. Myers cares about the success of his students and he really just wants you to understand the material. The only negative in the class I can think of is the "required" grades that you had to earn on the quizes. When I take a class, my goal is always to get as good a grade as possible, so having a score requirement was a little anxeity inducing at times. Even if the result of a poor score is just meeting with Dr. Myers before moving onto the next module. However, I get that the point is to encourage students to really learn the material. Overall the system was fine, just some insight from a student who struggles with anxeity and social situations. Thanks!
As an economics course it was very effective and the professor is very knowlegeable, however, I had and still have no interest in economics and dont know why an engineering major is required to take this class other than for the purpose of the University getting more money
Although this class began very difficult, the course wasn't to bad. The material and setup was incititing and it made me want to keep learning. The amount of work was not nearly as much as prvious classes and I am glad that we did not have an exams because I suck at them. Reguardless, this course helped me achieve my goal and for that I appreiate it even more. Thank you!
Dr. Myers does a wonderful job introducing students to the world of economics. For any question, comment, or concern with this class, he is readily available to assist in any way. Overall, this course is not too difficult. However, time and effort must be put forth in order to understand the material and achieve a favorable grade on quizzes and writing assignments.
WWW Intro Econ is an awesome course that will educate you on a wide variety of economics, covering micro and macro, and covering the Federal workings with the government, this class is really interesting and I'd reccomend taking it.
This course was great for all learning types among students. It does not take up as much time as other classes unless you make it. Also, there is multiple ways to help your grade and make sure you stay on top of your work. 10/10 would recommend this class.
This course is good.
This class is not hard at all. You can easily score a good mark, but do not let that fool you. You still need to work in this class and take time out of your day to study for the modules in front of you. The class is very forgiving allowing bonus points and the ability to retake quizes. If you use that to your advantage instead of using it to try to get around the system this course will be a breeze.
I would like to thank you Dr. Myers for all this information that we were provided and how you organize his class. I think this is one of the best classes online that they have ever taken it’s very well organized and every due date is showing on the table you gave us important dates. Dear Prospective student or adviser,
I reccommend taking this course if you have any interest in economics. The way the course is laid out makes it very close to feeling like you are learning this things in a classroom without being tied to a set time for class. With COIVD and everything being moved online, this class was defintely a breath of fresh air among my other online classes because of the organization. I never really felt overwhelmed and the materials were easy to understand. Dr.Myers also makes sure to address any questions you may have with the learning assessments at the end of each module.
This course will require you to spend more time than other classes to gain a complete understanding of the material. However, this class is more easily applied to real life than other classes, and you can greatly benefit from that understanding outside the classroom.
I highly recommend this course since it is an online economics class and you won't have to sit in class at a certain time. The structure of the class allowed me to do the work when I was able to which I enjoyed versus having a strict schedule.
The class requires you to stay on top of your coursework but as long as you can do that and are fine with a little bit of self learning this course will be excellent for you but If you struggle with those two things a more traditional course might be more rigth for you
This is a very well tailored Economics course that will take you all the way from general concepts that can be applied to more than just economics all the way to the nuances of specific policies that are passed to regulate the economy. There will be something useful to learn for anyone.
This course is a well ran and straight forward coruse that hits on many major parts of micro and macro economics. The class went at good pace and did not have a constraint time of work. The work load was clear and there was many extra times to dive deeper and learn more if the student wanted to.
I liked very much that I was able to complete the course on my own time (ie no meeting times). It was nice to be able to work ahead at times when my other courses were less busy. The module quizzes were a thorough test for complete understanding. As I have said already, I would have liked the video to reading ration to be weighted more towards video, but I still had no problems learning all of the course material the way the course is now. One additional comment you may be interested in is about the support videos. More specifically, your videos and the Learn Liberty videos were very helpful to me throughout the course. Overall, the course was very effective in teaching me the fundimentals of economics.
To future students of the Intro to Economic Analysis course, this class provides students a new point of view as they take a look at how the economy works and analyzing how the current state of the economy will affect the future. This class is taught in modules, and at the end of each module, students are to take a 10-question multiple choice quiz; if you do poorly on the quiz, you will have a second and a third attempt to take the quiz. Any student who takes this class will spend a considerable amount of time studying for these quizzes, but it will all be worth it in the end, as this class will give all students a unique view on the world and how it works.
I would strongly recommend this course to anyone who is even thinking about it. This course is awesome. It is well planned out and Dr. Myers gives you a ton of information that helps you learn each module. Dr. Myers sets up the course for you not to fail.

The world of economics is vast and quite daunting. There are so many different aspects and things to consider that it all appears very overwhelming. This class breaks all of that down for you in a clear, module-based format that leads you through the world of econ. There will be videos, quizzes, writing assignments, and notes, which will all come in handy when completing and understanding this course. While it can be confusing sometimes, if you break down the confusing terms and give yourself a basic, bear-boned definition you should get through this course just fine. You will need your analytical skills too, however, so be prepared to examine graphs and tables and predict or explain them. If you don't mind being on the computer (we all should be used to it at this point), this class should be a great fit for you. Good luck with your economics course.

In this course, you will learn both microeconomics and macroeconomics through an online course that focuses solely upon student mastery of subjects.
If you are a self motivated person, this course will likely be more flexible than any in-person class you can take. There are many helpful resources such as videos and articles provided for each lesson, as well as a consistent and fair window of time to complete lessons in. In general this course was a positive experience.
The class is extremely well set up. The videos are extremely helpful when confused about a topic. The professor provides great feedback on your assignments/quizzes. Any questions you may have are always answered well.
Those who are considering this course should not mistaken this class as an easy A, you have to work for the grade you get. Also, don't be afraid to reach out to the professors they are there for a reason, they will help you with your struggles.

If you're considering taking an economcis course, this is a great one to start with. The structure of the class makes learning come easy, as long as you use your time wisely. Multiple attempts for quizzes maximize your chances at getting the best grade you can get, and the extra videos and audio provided help a ton, too. Be prepared to write a few times to show what you know, also. The information learned is actually useful and can be translated to real world situations. Definetly would reccommend taking this course.
This class will take a lot of work, however I found it to be worth the work. Especially with Dr. Meyers, he is very helpful and knowledgeable in the world of economics and helped me understand the topics that I was having trouble with much better. It will seem tedious at times but overall I found it very interesting and I am better off taking it.

This course gives a look at the magical world of economics that works, like the man behind the curtain, to determine what you buy, how much you pay, why some businesses do better than others, how interest rates change and money functions. You know, the fun part of growing up. I promise, its an informative ride that will make you think about your next shopping trip differently.
This course is good for anybody interested in an effective, comfortable, and fair way to learn about the world of economics. Whether you know a fair amount or know nothing, this class will provide something new for every student in an easy-to-understand way. Through the use of visual and auditory aids, this class will make the process of learning a smooth and pleasant one.
This course should be the gold standard on how to run an online, asynchronous, class. The amount of information available was truly examplary, and i at no point felt hindered by a lack of clarification. For many other classes, supplemental online learning couses like khan academy are practiculy a necessity to understanding the material, but this class was in a completely different ballpark, everything required to learn the material was present.
This course was very well structured. It was very easy to follow the schedule and the courseload was not overbearing. My overall experience taking this course was very good.
